This program assists professionals with their performance improvement through feedback. Designed to transform one’s perspective of receiving feedback from something that is negative and only provided during performance review time, to a positive tool and necessary component of professional development. The focus of this workshop is on how to not only receive feedback constructively, but also how to give it properly. This program provides “the what,” “the how,” and “the when” in order to win!
