For the past four years, YOUniversity Drive has partnered with Communities In Schools to provide customized programming and educational experiences to not only its students but also to its employees. Through this opportunity, Michelle has been able to impact the organization from end to end: speaking with students in the classroom on how to “stay behind the wheel,” inspiring students at special events, serving as graduation speaker, supporting CIS employees with their goals through a four-part professional development seminar, and helping staff work better together so they can provide better support to students.
